Donna graduated from Everest College of Massage therapy with Honours. She excels in a variety of Massage Therapy techniques from deep tissue massage to relaxation massage.  She treats a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions to all age groups treating low back pain, neck and shoulder pain, headaches, and injuries to name a few. Donna makes sure that her clients feel safe and comfortable during their treatment. She continues to take courses expanding her education and adding to her professional portfolio.

Massage Therapy can be used for pain and tight muscles but Donna really sees the benefit to massage to increase function. Functional fitness, range of motion, balance and proprioception are all functional benefits of Massage that Donna gets to experience daily.
