Vegan Mozzarella

Best Vegan Mozzarella

¼ cup almond flour
¼ cup + 1 tsp Tapioca starch
1 Tbsp nutritional yeast
½ tsp Himalayan salt
¼ tsp Garlic powder
1 cup water
½ tsp lemon juice

  1. Add all ingredients together and use a blender, magic bullet or immersion blender to blend everything together.
  2. Add to a small saucepan and over medium heat stir constantly until it magically thickens into gooey melted mozzarella deliciousness. Should take less than 5 minutes

If you don’t have almond flour you can substitute raw almonds, blanched with skins removed or blanched almonds.

Great for vegan mac and cheese with your favorite noodles or as a pizza cheese!
